I came to the United States -in 2008- as an architecture student, saddled with over 27,000 dollars of student loan debt right off the bat. That same year I met my future wife, Leslie, and together we started a fun journey figuring out how to get out of debt while forming a family (she also has massive student loans in the six figures).

Some of the financial strategies I’ve used throughout the years come as second nature. I’m a bit of an obsessive-compulsive nerd when it comes to researching for any sort of decision-making, really, but especially financial decisions. I share all these strategies with you in my posts.
